Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum or maximum requirement. You can send us projects of any size. We provide the same level of attention and quality to both small and large businesses.

How can I send my images for processing?

Simply email the highest-quality version of your files. If you have a large volume of work, we will provide FTP access for secure file transfer. FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a standard method for transferring files between computers over the internet.

Are my files safe with Image2VectorGraphicsIndia.com?

Absolutely! Your files are your intellectual property, and protecting them is our responsibility. If requested, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Under the agreement, we can delete your image files after the completion of the project and will not use, sell, or share them with third parties.

How do I get my processed images back?

Completed images will be sent back to you through email or FTP. We will return the images via the same medium in which we received the batch.

Can I get a 24-hour turnaround for a rush job?

What's the payment option?

We raise the invoice on a weekly or monthly basis and for a one time project after completion of the project. We have many clients who send us ongoing work throughout the year. For them we have a monthly payment system.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and wire transfers directly to our company bank account.

What file formats can I receive my converted images in?

Just specify the format you want for your converted images. We generally send a JPG file but if you request it, we'll also send any of the following file formats: TIFF, GIF, AI, EPS, BMP, PDF, WMF. All files are sent by email or FTP.

Will I be charged for corrections to a converted file?

No. If we misunderstand your specifications or instructions and the resulting file does not meet your requirements, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional cost. We can also make minor additional adjustments at no extra charge. However, if you request substantial changes that require significant additional work, additional charges may apply based on our hourly rate.
